Anyways, just be yourself, don't act like an outsider. Show them that you're confident in what you do, and talk to them, even if it's only for a short time, after a while, they might be friends with you.

you need to be more confident, girls like confident guys, no matter how hairy they are :D
introduce yourself and try talking to them :) the more girls you talk to the easier it will be.
LOLs personally i like my men to have abit of hair, i mean i like my men to look like MEN not BOYS. Maybe you should just think about things you can talk about so that if theres an awkward silence you have something in your mind. So many things, study, work, family, you can ask for help, boosting someones ego is a good way to get on someones good side :P
