Father and i both have joint legal custody, with father having primary residence (b/c my daughter attened school in his district, basing on a mutual agreement of me completing school, and working). Now that I'm complete i am fighting for my daughter, and he doesnt want to give her up, stating "I cant take care of her, i want her for my aunt".After the judge ordered a full investigation on all parties, including my daughter. The results concluded that i be awared sole custody;my child's father NOT living at the address my daughter is staying at( his aunt is caring for her), owing me excess of 10k in back CS, has been arrested 5x's since Jan. 08,and had a active bench warrant while inside the court. However, the same judge with evidence continued (as of 10/14/08), her residence at the address, seeing the proof in front of him( something that HE ordered to take place), and didnt arrest him for the warrant. Now when i go to (which i have been) picking my daughter up from school, school officials deny me access to leave with my child over the designee the father assigned. Showing the court doc's, the principal ignored the facts we both have joint custody, calling the police, where they also denied me access(and i come b4 any designee-allowing the child to leave with that person).Not to mention to a phone call from the "So-Called" father (which could have been anyone), and granted his commands over me.Although we proved the father doesnt live there, the aunt (which doesnt have any rights), now denies for my daughter to come outside, or for her to leave with me. I have NO criminal history, of anything.No down plays on my record. In fact my history shown that i am very credible. Did the school violate my parental rights?
