My skin is oily. And i have thousands of...its not quite those red zits. Its thousands of small zits, that make my skin look completly uneven. I have them mostly on my forehead. And i have soe on my cheeks. As i said theyre not red, and theyre tiny, but when i touch them, they turn red and get the white head.
My question:
-Any suggestion what to do? POP the zits ( thats what cosmetics do) or just not touch them.
-Any natural treatment u can suggest?
-What causes this? I have them for a few years already. Might it be my bad nutrition or? I dont smoke, or drink.

try tea tree oil....you get it from health food stores and it does wonders for the skin.
Try a very gentle cleaner like Cetaphil (for normal to oily skin). You can find it at any discount or drugstore. It sounds like your skin is very sensitive as well as oily. Be gentle with it. Rinse well with lukewarm water and pat it dry.
