I answered this question previously posted, but at the time I didn't know how young you guys were. Um, now the answer is, stay in school and focus on learning something other than taking another girls boyfriend or even being a girlfriend, you don't even know yourself yet and your into man snatching already. Well hun first of all just plain out ask him! If he doesnt want you and turns you away then theres your answer right there. If he wants you he will dump his woman and get with you! You shouldnt have to fight for someone if they want to be with you!

Does he know you're available?
I personally think he only went back with his ex because he was desperate, or trying to get his mind off of you.
Steal him. Let him know you're available, and say, "You have a girlfriend now? She's so lucky.." and causally walk away. Just hint that you still like him. He should come around soon.
P.S. I'm not allowed to date either but I still do.
Just let be it.. But you may try talking to him... that you still have the feelings for him.... if he responds positively and told you that he's feeling the same thing.. then you don't need to steal him back he wil left her ex and stay with you.
What you should do is just honestly tell him how you feel and don't let him give you an answer until he has had a night to think about it. If he says no then just accept it and move on. If he says yes then your in! Also, don't let his girlfriend know what your up to.
I've been in the same position, but if you put yourself in this other girls shoes, imagine how you'd feel if that happened to you! You'd be heart broken. Maybe, make it known to him that you still feel that way, and see if he comes to you
