I would like to display an error icon above a grid panel and automatically show its tip without waiting for mouseover event. I managed to create and display the error icon but I can't show its tip.
Calling DLL procedures from a simple C++ program::
the settings have been provided correctly, the program should compile without any error or warning messages. . and gave an additional tip of: $100.00

As I said, this code correctly shows and aligns the icon above the grid. However the tip is not shown unless I move the mouse over the icon...is there a way to show the tip as soon as the error icon gets visible?
