Pretty much, the only thing similar, is that they are bands of 3 brothers, who had obsessive little girl fans.
But the jonas brothers are 15, 18, and 20, and their music sounds like they are whiny 13 year olds.
When Hanson was big, they were 16, 14, and 11, so they only sounded bad, because they didnt hit puperty, and they were much younger.
The Jonas Brothers dont even seem to care about their fans, or they would have free meet and greets before shows. Hanson, does a "walk" before every show, to help raise money/awareness for AIDS. Sure, the jonas brothers donate money to diabetes, but if nick didnt have diabetes, they wouldnt give a damn.

i get what ur saying... because i use to luv the hansons, and i now really like the jonas brothers..but i think its just that.. there 3 of them and there borthers.. like i know they arent really a like.. but they think "they are the next biggest thing" that is similar to the hansons.....its just like how they compare Lindsay to Britney, or how they say Demi and Selena are the new Miley.... like there are very obvious differences but they are going after the same dollar and they have the same concept (whether its singing or partying or acting)

I agree Zelda. They're nothing alike. Hanson might not be My type of Music but I respect caring about Your Fans, something I doubt the JoBros would do.
SOMEONE has to be the worst current band in the world. when they start comparing them to the Allman Brothers, i will worry about what "brother band" they are being compared to.

Well.. can't claim to be a fan of either... but I will say this...
the biggest difference I see..is that Hanson is still around making music over a decade after they got big ( without the help of Nickolodean or Disney).....
Whereas within 5 years no one will remember the JoBros..and all their psycho devoted Tweenie fans willbe grown up and refuse to admit that they ever liked them.
