I mean, everyone wants to love, be loved, share good moments, etc; but this was a question I asked myself and couldn't answer: what is the most important but missing thing in your life? can anybody discover that- if it was at all?
In your case is "Love", because you feel this love inside of you , and search it ...in our world , you want to find it now:) but everyone has an destiny and a "job" to do in his human life. Your "state" of mind is changing very quick from the feeling of loved and to be loved, to maybe anger, hate, desperation, alone, etc. The best thing to do is wait and discipline.
Having a significant other to share my life and time with. Someone to come home to. I was married for 22 years and have been divorced for 3 now and it's still hard to come home to an empty house and to sleep alone. I miss having somebody to share meals with and to go places with.

Contentment with what I have.
If I have contentment, I have no more 'wants' like love, to be loved, sharing good moments etc., because if I want them and don't get them then that means I'm not fully satisfied. I'd rather be fully satisfied without anything; then I'll have a 'deeper' form of and wisdom of happiness.
I'm having trouble putting this into practice but sometimes it works and sometimes it becomes long-term. Coincidendtally I attended Ajahn Brahm's talk tonight and he said there are 3 things that are important, taken maybe from one of Tolstoy's works: (1) Who is the most important person? A: You? Wrong. It's the person you're with, whoever that is. (2) When's the most important moment? Now. (3) What's the most important thing? Loving-kindness. So tonight I went to McDonalds on a Saturday night, alone. It was full of people. I was reluctant to sit-in and wanted take-away, because I didn't have a loved one or friend to share a meal with me. Instead I stayed, telling myself now is the most important moment, I'm with all these other strangers, and I have love for all of them. This time I didn't see them as just strangers; I saw them as lovely people in the same room at me, and then I didn't feel alone. It was a very comfortable moment, which came from releasing myself from 'wants' and just being content with what 'is', but I haven't incorporated it into everything in my life so it's still missing to some extent. for me, most important thing is we never get enough, always wanting more and more.
Happily I can say I CANNOT say what is missing.
But I love surprises and my whole life surprises, things I NEVER imagined.
Like coming home and SOMEONE transformed your home into your DREAM HOME...
Be it a maze, a happy home or some fantasy... And it shocked and surprised you. Totally beyond your imagination.
The most important but missing thing in my life, I cannot imagine, and that makes me SO happy, cause that means it's going to be a surprise beyond my wildest dreams imagination and power. And trust me, you don't hear of too many people that can imagine to the depths I can.
We can't possibly know all things we want.
And for that I am thankful.. At this moment I am happy to be alive. And I couldn't always say that.
