How do u open .SMI.BIN files in Win - Computing.Net::

Used to be Orca and apparently now merged with US-based Startforce. I heard from someone that it's one of most promising Web OS out there. Does it use Ext or is it something else?

It's not Ext. And i don't see why it's more promising than any of the others. Personally, i dont think any web OS is any good unless it's easy to develop with, and i don't see a "Make my own application" button on the desktop. One of the reasons why I think a Web OS made in Ext would be sucessful/promising:D
Doesn't look much like Ext to me, must be something different.
