Apparently only a prototype of this car was made; the car was never
sold to the public. I'm doubtful that you can find specifications or
drawings of this unreleased prototype on the Internet. My research
thus far indicates that the only useful information you might find
online is the type of car that the steam engine was put into.
(Perhaps my fellow Researchers will have better luck.)
However, I have contacted an archive with information on Singer
Motors. Perhaps they will have what you're looking for.
In the meantime, I should ask: Do you live in the UK? If not, do you
know someone that can do research for you in the UK, if it turns out
