If you are asking if you can keep an acf in a 20 gal tank yes. You will want to run a filter for a 40 gal tank on it though as the acfs are messy frogs. I am also wondering if you have other tank creatures that you want to add the frog in with. If so that isn't a good idea. Acfs need to be with other acfs. They will eat fish and anything they can fit into their mouth. I have an acf yahoo group if you would like to join and learn more about them and their care.
You might want to reword your question, but yeah, you can house an African Clawed Frog in a 20 gallon.

May 27, 2009 The turtles were given to me in a 10 gallon tank, and I thought maybe they were unhappy in close quarters, so we moved them to a twenty gallon two days ago.
