very unhealthy. yes fruits and veggies are good, but only eating those, willmake you hungry. u need some substance food with fat and carbs lik meats and fish or if ur a vegetarian, veggie burgers then. also, if ur not lactose intolerant eat dairy. excercize for as long as you feel u need 2 bc noone is forcing u
