If you want to get really warlike with it you could hit it with Tea Tree Oil or (be careful with the following) Pennyroyal Oil. i get them often to i just let mine go away on it's own because i found out they go away better if you keep it dry, and i also all that expensive stuff isn't worth buying, just let the healing process work on it's own thats what i do :)
