Th easiest way is not to get them in the first place.

  • Just laser but its expensive and more painful then the original tattoo

  • No such thing.

I'm saving up to get a tattoo on my shoulder blade removed in the fall and did some research on it:

For one, the feeling of getting a tattoo removed by a laser (which is the safest way to get a tattoo removed) is compared to that of getting splashed with hot grease. Just in case you've never been splashed with hot grease before, it is NOT pleasant. Another common comparsion is the sensation of getting popped with a rubber band. Also not pleasant.

The size and color determine the cost of getting the tattoo removed. For example, the tattoo I'm getting removed is of a Playboy Bunny with my name under it, is about 2"X3", and all black (outline). Since it's pretty small and black is the first color that goes with all tattoo removals, it'll only take about 3 or 4 sessions with a laser for it to completely disappear. However, eash session will cost me anywhere from $335-$455. That's per visit. So, worst case scenario, if I were to go for 4 sessions at $455 a piece, that would cost me $1,820 all together. The good thing is that sessions are only about every 2 months or so. On the other hand, let's say you have a great big tattoo of a colorful dragon that covers your back. That one could take 10 sessions or more at anywhere from $1,000-$2,000 a session.
    Dermatologic Laser Center of Connecticut::
Tattoo removal requires multiple treatments with at least six to eight weeks to remove the tattoo are often painful and will also result in scarring.

Also, it's best to get a tattoo removed during the colder months. When a tattoo is being removed with a laser, the area CANNOT be exposed to sunlight or else it will blister something terrible. Hence why I'm getting mine removed in the fall.

Some sites sell a removal cream that supposedly makes the tattoo fade over time. However, the creams can be expensive and there's absolutely no guarantee that they work. Actually, most people say they are a complete waste of money.

Good luck in your decision and I hope I helped!

  • Good Luck! Im having 3 removed by Laser and it hurts. REALLY HURTS!! I put on the emla cream before, take painkillers before each session and it still hurts. BUT..the pain gets less with each session because they zap you with less strength in the laser. It is expensive (depending on the size and colors) and how many sessions you need. Laser is the best way to go though.. No scarring.. Looks horrible for longtime after, but its worth it.
    LEAST EXPENSIVE ..LEAST PAINFUL..is surgery..but..
it leaves a scar.. the cream dont work either.

  • no to get 1 but since u have 1 laser removal i think its the only way

  • im sorry honey but there is no non-painful way to get tattoos off!!! my ex-hubby has 1 and has gone through multiple surgeries that were very painful for him which means VERY painful for the rest of us. (since hes a pretty tough guy) unfortunately the least expensive and most unpainful way is to not get one in the first place!!! good luck!!!

  • There isn't any least painful, least expensive way to remove tattoos. Laser surgery is your only option. It is VERY painful and expensive. It feels like you are watching your skin burn slowly. Which you are. I was tearing up when I had it done and I can tolerate pain very well. And sometimes you would need to do it more then once depending on how deep and dark the ink is in your skin. It's a real pricey little b**** to get it remove. Your best option is to cover it up with another tattoo that you like better. If you really can't stand it and don't want another tattoo, then save money and suck it up.

  • Some people that I know have chosen to modify tattoos that they have rather than have them removed. If you have a tattoo that's unsightly or something that you just don't want to look at anymore, you might consider trying to have it changed into something that you could live with.

It's not as good as having it removed, but it's cheaper, can be less painful, and, if it's done by a good artist, it can end up looking much better than what you have now.

  • Well I'm not too sure of any not so painful or inexpensive ways to remove tattoos but laser surgery to have them removed. The only thing I can think of it getting it covered up with another tattoo.

    Good Luck!

  • least painful!!!
    least expenisive!!!

    there aint one

just dont have them in the first place..problem solved!!

  • there isn't one sorry
