just say "thank you" and don't think twice. Its nice to get a gift on your birthday. Don't refuse that would be rude since they went out and got it for you. Just say thanks, and enjoy it.

if you said no gifts and they bring them anyway and refuse theyll prob take it as an insult i mean who really deep down doesnt want gifts? just accept them at least you said dont bring any but if anyone does its not a big deal if you dont like it you can just return it or re gift it or something lol
