  • I have to wake up at 6:30.?
    I can not go to sleep before 11:00pm(there are reasons)
    so.?
    what time should i be in bed to have a good night's sleep.(:

  • I find that If I am showered and relaxed before bed that I can sleep better. I know these things take time so give yourself a half hour and get at least 7 hours of sleep. That's what I do.
