what time should i be in bed to have a good night's sleep.(:
11:00:01pm
The earllier you go to bed the better, so if you can.. do it at 11
WELL YOU SHOULD BE GETTING AT LEAST 7-8 HOURS OF SLEEP A NIGHT....DO THE MATH...
IF YOU CANT DO TO SLEEP AT 11 THEN FIND A WAY TO DO THAT OR WAKE UP LATER...
I find that If I am showered and relaxed before bed that I can sleep better. I know these things take time so give yourself a half hour and get at least 7 hours of sleep. That's what I do.
well..to have a good nights sleep you have to go to bed by at least 10.
Well your body needs 8 hours of sleep so just make sure you go within a decent time
Most likey just going to bed at 11 would. Because it gives you full 8 hours of sleep:] Risks of Corneal Refractive Therapy (OrthoKeratology):: This should help. If you have further questions on the side-effects of Ortho-K, and would like however, putting them on and going to bed is wonderful. http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview/id/429722.htmlHOME |
11:00pm or as soon as you can.
I agree. The second after you can go to bed, the better. If 11:00:01 PM is the earliest you can go to bed, then go for it. Seven hrs of sleep should be good enough for most ppl between the ages of 14-48 yo.
If you have a hard time getting up in the morning (need to press the snooze button several times) and feel like you just want to go back to sleep and your whole body feels ache, then you probably didn't get enough sleep...so see what times work for you.
9:30
asap. there are also abunch of personal variables, and how well your body responds to sleep, it also helps if you are a heavy sleeper.
11:01...for optimal sleeping time, if before 11 isn't an option...
I think you should sleep as earliest as possible because you need the most sleep that you can get to sleep better.
Consider your age as a guideline. The amount of sleep you need depends on many factors, but in general the older you are, the less sleep you'll need (except when it comes to very old age). Newborns need to sleep about 16 out of every 24 hours, teenagers need about 9 hours a night, and adults typically need about 6-9.
