when I did a mouse gesture to minimize Totalcommander. I didn´t know how to allow it in PG so I turned it off. Imagine my surprise: Outpost Pro Component control popped up telling me the same thing  It even blocked network access completely so that if this had been a virus, it would have not gotten access to the net. OP is getting better and better the more I find out about it :)This is Outpost 2.5's Open Process Control feature. You should be able to continue using Stroke on programs not needing network access but otherwise you may need to disable OPC. See the "Known Issues" section of Outpost 2.5 - what to expect (http://www.outpostfirewall.com/forum/showthread.php?t=11836) for more details.
