It said on The Xtra Factor about 2 minutes ago. If you missed it, Simon explained that it's because every week there is a rota system where the judges are put first, second, third, forth to pick a song for their act and it changes every week. Dannii was first so she had first pick for the songs she wanted her acts to sing. She chose Rule The World which Louis wanted for JLS. He then made a big thing over it, blaming her for apparently stealing a song because JLS wanted to sing it from the beginning. Louis is twat basically.
i think it was that louis was gonna use the song for JLS, 'rule the world' but danni used it for rachel and i think louis accused danni of stealing his song, or something like that(:
