When I plug in my flash drive I get an error message to do with .dll files?

I cant get my usb flash drive to work. I get error messages saying things like "exception processing message c00000000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c" I tried plugging it in different ports. Its windows media center. I cant find the driver to delete and re-install because windows has its own driver I never had to install one. Has any1 had this problem before? Please help :) I just cant bare to format my computer again.

It can repair most .dll errors.
