i found the ones on the top of my arms really easy to have...i also have them above my ankles and they didn't hurt to bad....the worst i had was just below my neck...now that hurt like hell and the 1 at the bottom of my back wasn't to good either...the ones on my shoulder blades where bearable..i suppose it all depends on your own personal pain threshold to
your butt haha. the most painful places are the ones with the least amount of cushion.

the shoulder blades themselves didn't hurt, but the edges near my armpits hurt like the dickens.
