Where is the Cigarette lighter fuse on a 2008 Volvo C70?

I found the main fuse box under the4 hood but knwo accesory fuse lighters, etc, I was told it might be under the steering wheel and I can't find the fuse box for my cigarette lighter. I have spent less time changing the oil than trying to find a a fuse. they were all good and named something else under the hood so does anyone really know?

There are 2 fuse box locations....one in the engine compartment and one near the drivers side kick panel. My guess is you thought there were only one fuse box location,huh?

It is in the fuse box located under the glove box. there is a piece of formed cloth over it. push the center of the 2 push pins in and remove cloth. twist the 2 plastic wings counter clockwise. then pull down and out gently but firm (wires will stop it from coming all the way out). it is either position 45 or 47 they are marked by the fuse. check with a test light which one is open. putting it back in is just as easy. it usually takes a few tries to get the box slid back up in there right. if both wing bolts go in it is correct. push the push pin centers back out till they stick out a little. when the cloth is in correct then push the centers level again.
