Either on the inside of the firewall or behind the kick panel on the passengers side floorboard.
i believe they are all located behind kick panel on the passenger front.
Take off the passenger side running board, remove the push plug thats located on the plastic piece wear your right foot would be if you sat in the passenfer seat then remove that small panel and it should be just about there. GM CARS LIKE BUICK, PONTIAC, CHEVROLET, OLDSMOBILE, etc.::

The first answerer is correct. It IS behind the passenger side kick panel. The 104-pin connector is accessed from the engine compartment though, on the far right side (the passenger side), secured to the PCM with one 10mm bolt. Once disconnected, the PCM itself can be removed from inside the vehicle by removing the above mentioned kick panel. Hope this helps.
