My left eye seems to be yellowish where it should be white? ive started wearing contacts but i only wear the once or twice a week for 4 hours? could it be that? i have a bad headache since yesterday to, and i feel a bit tired even tho ive had my eight hours every night
Hmm...doesn't sound like it would necessarily your contacts that would be causing it. I would go to the docs, as it could be something as simple as an infection that requires eye drops. Stop wearing the lenses until you have spoken to the doc.

I think that the headache is not related with yellowish of sclera
for headache try to make break during the work
and for yellowish I think it's with aging (you don't say how old are you)
