my husband and i met while working together at the same place. the greatest part about that is that you know you have at least that in common to talk about. just go up and start some small talk. ask her how she's doing or what she's been up to. the more small talk you can make the more of a chance you will get into a great conversation and then you can ask or suggest that you go out and get coffee or dinner or something.
