i dont wanna see a doctor, is there some place to go and see someone, a specialist maybe?
Well if you think you have a mental illness you cant just go to a "specialist" aka psychiatrist. you only get refered to them if the regular doctor thinks its severe enough that he cant handle it, or that the treatments he's given you, from counseling, pills etc, dont work. and if you did see a psychiatrist, it wont be for about 6 months after the doctor transfers you. so make sure your actualy bothered and not just going through a phase.
Talk to a nurse at your regular dr. office, or, go to the nearest mental health office and ask to see someone soon. Good luck!
u dont need specialist u need psychiatric
If you are employed, you can check into a program called EAP, or Employee Assistance Program. Your employer may have a different program wording, but it is essentially the same type assistance.
You will be referred to a counselor who can help you sort through your issues. Usually the employer will provide 6 to 8 visits at no cost to you. After, your counselor can refer you to a specialist if you require more help than the free visits. I have used this program, and it gets me on the right track and back to feeling like I can get through the day. Good luck Should I go to China? (by Jeremy Zawodny):: You should go!
