Some people are much more sensitive, thin-skinned, and spineless than others. But...in all reality....what are you talking about? I have not heard of a White American Beauty Pageant, much less have I heard of one being banned. Please provide some backup info....I'd love to know more.

Who said the Black Beauty Pageant had anything to do with blacks hating whites? Black people and white people are sometimes judged on a different scale of attractiveness. Although I personally think it's wrong that's just the way it is.
Political correctness, the government trying to treat Blacks well today for fear of being racist and trying to make people forget the savagery of the early 19th Century.
When Blacks display pride in their colour, people go along with it. When Whites display their pride, people condemn it as racist.

well according to the "media" the standard definition of beauty is "pale skin, light eyes, light hair" (norweigein decent). that doesnt sound very "black woman" to me lmao. The truth is the media, you, or me cant speak/or define the definition of "beauty" for the entire world. lol black hating white are you serious... the only reason for the miss white america pageant was because they were jealous of the black one... which I might add was made because black folks could not participate in the original miss america pageant.... let's be real it's not like any or many of them would participate in the black pageant anyway... it is the same with the historically black colleges white folks complain about them being unfair because they can't attend, when in fact they can attend and in a lot of cases can go free.. the problem is they don't want to go, the just want something to ***** about

It's the same reason underlying the fact that there is a black history month and not a white history month.
I think thats pathetic. If black people are gonna be offended by it, LET them be offended. Just like how they're carrying on with their whole 'only for black' things, yet don't listen to the 'honkys' when WE get offended.
