Not being racist but they are better looking than most.
Because they are perceived,rightly or wrongly,to be more attractive by the majority.
they are seen as the most pretty and that they are also willing to strp off and earn thier money at the end of it. very few women of other races will do that .
For the same reason Black Beat and Ebony have black people on the cover.
Because most "mainstream" magazines are the fruit of (mostly) white societies.
The white gene is a phenomenal builder and creator; it develops the technologies needed and creates sufficient wealth to make the publication of such magazines profitable. Perhaps not too surprisingly, then, they tend to orbit the white gene and appeal to those in whom it is present.
I dare say that if primarily non-white societies develop the magazine bug, their covers will be adorned with (mostly) non-white women.
It's just good business.
It's got nothing to do with white women being seen as more attractive, I can think of many non-white stunning women. The reality in the west is that the great majority of a magazine's target audience is white, and people tend to relate better to others that are most like themselves. So really a mix of human nature and financial necessity for the publishers.
Mainstream magazines are designed to cater to their target audience by representation of cultural standards that mostly appeal to that audience...
