They don't know how to react correctly. They have to make the glue, then glue the pieces together. If it doesn't fit, it wasn't meant to be. But some guys keep trying over and over again, and it keeps on falling apart.

You should really read Men are From Mars, Women are from Venus...it explains this all very well. I read this book once, just becaues it is such a highly acclaimed "classic". The book likens the male to a rubber band: just as quickly as they stretch toward you and warm up, they will eventually snap back for a period of time, and then reach back out to you and warm up again. I know I'm not saying it quite like the book did, but this is just how it says males work. After reading the book you will be better at not taking things so personally, because it is just the nature of the male. On the flip side of things, the book likens a woman and her emotions to waves. Yeah- we are equally hard to understand! I suggest picking up the book- it's an interesting read on male/female interaction.
