They are a feature; just like a man could like eyes or a woman could like height, they are an arbitrary feature that the person has no control over (save surgery).
I, personally, am incredibly turned on by a large chest. I find it more attractive than any other feature and is my sticking point. I am not attracted to small chested women and don't think I could ever be with one.

I just get frustrated by women who judge men because of their love of boobs; it's okay though, those women are acting out of inadequacy and are small-chested and that's fine by me. The problem is though, not only do they try and convince the large chested women that those men are perverts, they are the same girls who try to hurt the large chested women's feelings when they are young. Alot of women have problem with their large chests, not because the positive attention from men, but the negative attention from other women.
