ok everyone always tells me that I'm extremely handsome, I have a 6 pack and am rather built. But I always feel the need to look in the mirror and evaluate the way I look. I don't see what other people are seeing. I feel that I am ugly. sometimes I even feel fat, not like in my torso, but like in my face. Its really starting to bother me. Are people just being nice to me when they say I am handsome or am I truly good looking. and If i am truly good looking, why can't I see it for myself?
well usually its a small thing to get by, and confidence is the key to all success!!! but in your case i think you have that sickness where you think you are not good enough for every one and your always looking for a problem with yourself.. this isnt 1 of those stupid answers like most people do but i really think u should go and ask the doctors if your ok mentally... if they say your alright then you should just wake u and stop thinking about what you look like because it wont get you anywhere.. if u are expecting us to say that your good looking then why would you believe us and not your friends?? they should be the ones that u know you can trust!!!

ok i had the same problem. i fugured out that you only see what you want to see...it sounds really corny but its true. look in the mirror and truly agree with all those people that complimented you and your point of view will begin to change. you also have to not be so hard on yourself. no one else sees the little things you are obsessing over so ignore it! the reason for this is when people look at themselves they always think negative and don't really look and they can't see the beauty.if u got a 6 pack thaat is totally NOT fat. people these days don't joke about people being fat or good looking.and if u were fat or ugly (which u r not) people would not say any thing about it, they would not lie!!!!!!!
