Its crazy! Its not red or dry, its normal looking, but it always itches REALLY bad. what is this?!
Either an allergic reaction to creme, or nervous itch...are you in a situation that raises your heart beat and causes stress? and the last...do you have pets, its flea season and humans pick up the pets fleas and they will bother you around your neck area. Take your pick.

i had the same problem like a month ago it was becasue i had on this necklas and i cant wear jewlery if it not real gold so are you wearing anything arougn your neck?? if not that then your problbly allergic to some thing
