| Its coming up on my fiance and i 3rd anniversary. Over the years ive bought him lots of stuff that im outta ideas but this time around i want to make it personal something coming from the heart. I need some help. The only thing i thought of was 2 make a cd with all the love songs that remind me of him or reflect our relationship. Does that sound Corny? Do u think a man would like something like that? I no a woman would but a guy im not 2 sure. What do u think and do u have any gift suggestions Ack! When it comes to the small "in between" anniversaries, stick with the "doing something together" ideas. You don't need to get him something for every anniversary!
Every year I've created a CD for my boyfriend (now fiance) for our anniversary. However, I never filled it with love songs, he would not have appreciated that! What I DID do was fill the CD with all of our favorite artists and songs. We both love rock music and country so I make the CDs with a lot of songs from our childhood (we met when we were 13) as well as the latest and greatest from our favorite artists. He likes my CDs and actually keeps them in rotation in his truck. I've driven many time and found out that he was listening to a CD I made him last time he drove! He will text me or call me every now and then and thank me "because the radio sucks!" lol... I also make the CDs inconspicuous, no mushy graphics or names, so he doesn't get razzed by the guys. It could work out if you take the time to choose the songs carefully. Also, I always give the CD in addition to a larger gift.

im a guy and im a romantic person and i would like the cd's but what you can do is like a book and just write your love storys or what ever you whant and add some pics to it is a lil bit chieldish but cute my lady did it to me and i loveit
He will never, ever like it as much as you want him to. If you have to ask this question, then you are giving the gift that YOU want to give -- not the gift HE wants to receive.
I'm willing to bet that if you were totally honest with yourself, you could think of a gift that he ACTUALLY wants but that you think is impersonal or lame (maybe a golf club, a video game, a team jersey, some electronic gadget, a power tool -- that kind of thing). If you really want to show you that you accept him just the way he is, get him that gift. He will appreciate that gesture of acceptance more than any romantic song CD or other sentimental gift.
That sounds like a great idea. Of course he would love it. You can also get him a new cd player if he needs one, if not you can decorate your dining room in a romantic setting with candle light and make him a nice dinner with the cd that you create for him. Spoil him he will love it.
