i installed a new hd and cloned the old contents, xbmc wasn't working properly so i installed the 6-11-06 t3ch build. it boots into xbmc perfectly fine and if i'm quick i can get through to every menu (1 each boot :( ). i did manage to partially allieviate this problem by very quickly changing skins from the default (project mayham 2 or 3 i think) to the 360 skin, now it will only hardlock when it access networking functions (such as weather) but i can start games and emulators up (haven't tried watching a video). there were no errors in the log files except once it stated that the programs database was newer than expected (which makes no sense to me). also there is a warning: dashboard something (i can't access the log file at the moment).

also one oddity is that for some reason unlike other hardlocks that i've gotten before, the xbox restarts if i press the eject button despite having disabled that in my x3 bios.
