JimK, why is this better than one that allows non-commercial use?
In other words, why have you decided to allow commercial use of your podcast by others?
I'm trying to figure out what to do with my own podcast, license-wise, and whether I should use the one to which you allude or a non-commercial-use license.

Just in case someone wants to play it on Sirius' Podshow. I'm glad to let the commercial entity take it and replay it as long as I get the legal credit, etc.
I use the Creative Commons by-nc-sa license.

This allows non-commercial use as long as they give credit, and it requires the user of my material to grant a similar license to their work.
I'll be perfectly happy to allow a commercial use, but they will have to talk to me first.
By leaving "nc" out of the license, anyone can use your stuff without your knowledge for any purpose. I guess I would be flattered if that happened, but I would still like to know about it beforehand.
